(I have no-clue why i'm takin-in by this small launch brand) but i really enjoy the ideal of having a small cup of salad, and offering the availibilitiy of a frsh packagable salad with cariety on a constant basis.

If anything (my thought:) I would want to make it a local market shop, and offer it as a pop-up shop, for myself and neighbors. We are all local entertainers, and i can make the oreder quanitites as fitted ber perket, plus it would keep the contract i have with the container company secured.

Life expectancy:8-10 years   Availible sale, not interested in a cross country sales store pitch, ideal. or galvonizing the brand to be sponsored with other corporatee, affiliates, to make the product better or the quality sounder, all tools and equipment need to be localy distrubuted, so as to have a faster turnover rate, with a quicker choice to open regional locations.

Our Demographic scale, is the average 20-30 year old, with a 20% turnover rate, not to mention the scale longevity term on a rental is 2-5 years, so the availibilty to Test demo, geographic areas is perfectsly availible.

The visual advertising for the brand should be more catolog than an actual menue, and should be a register trade of the art (thouse interested in the fast food buisness).
